Holmlands have teamed up with our friends at Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports for Snowfest 2017, in celebration of all things skiing and snowboarding, to mark the start of the new winter season.

Snowfest will kick off with a free-to-attend launch party at the flagship Ellis Brigham store in Covent Garden, 10-12 Southampton Street, London, WC2E 7HA on Tuesday 24 October, from 5pm till 10pm.

Our Founder and Director, Cameron Hall, will be holding a special Q&A with Team GB ski athlete Peter Speight and our very own British Parasnowsport skier Millie Knight; as the inspirational athletes will be on hand to answer questions and offer insights about the kit they use and training they undertake to perform at elite level - with the winter Olympic and Paralympic games in Pyeongchang on the horizon.

Singer songwriter Tom Speight will be performing at the event, a Radio 2 artist who has previously supported the likes of Bastille, London Grammar and Tom Odell.

Tom Forest will also be popping by following the release of his second release ‘Believer’, from his upcoming debut album Hope, to play a live acoustic set. Tom has recently been nominated for Best Males by the Best of British Music Awards 2017.

Mark Brigham, Marketing Director of Ellis Brigham, says: “Snowfest marks the launch of the winter season and in an Olympic year there is plenty to get excited about. Beyond the arrival of our new 2017/18 winter ranges there is so much going on in our stores across the capital I’d encourage people to go online to find out more.”

There will be plenty of Glühwein, beer and pretzels available to get ski and snowboard fans from the capital into an après ski mood.

Space is limited for the opening night, so it is recommended people arrive early to avoid disappointment.
