Much Better Adventures enlist Holmlands

Award-Winning Adventure Holiday company, Much Better Adventures, have enlisted Holmlands to run a special event for their investors, following the biggest ever travel crowdfunding campaign.

The London-based online travel company, was founded in 2012 with a core mission to unearth the best local guides, hosts, & places to stay. The online travel booking platform makes it easier to live a more adventure-rich life and successfully raised £1.25m in January 2018, with a mix of equity crowdfunding and private investment via CrowdCube to take them on to the next growth stage.

A total of 708 adventure travel hungry investors helped the team over-fund their target by 55%, where Holmlands are delighted to be curating a special event that brings together the investors on Wednesday 28th February.

Held at Much Better Adventures HQ in Central London, the evening will see live music from the highly talented Nikita Munt; followed by a talk from serial adventure traveller Faye Shepherd - recounting her incredible journey cycling through the Andes. The evening will conclude with a special screening of "One Year on a Bike" - an award winning travel documentary film which recently had it's UK Premiere at our own Four Seasons Film Festival - taking home the festival summer award.
